    Ive just been told adverts for gambling sites are popping up on the forum - I cant see any ads at all, but if anything comes up here that you arent sure of just either pm me or email coach@spartanlifecoach.com

    Im going to look into getting all adverts removed.

    Sorry Ive not been more active on the forum, I will be from now on.
