Resources to counterattack bullies at work

Nevertheless the first thing to do is to recover yourself from the psychological damage in your childhood. I find useless to try any approach without having good mental health and good awareness of yourself and the situation.

I think bullying is by far a more serious thing than it looks like and quite complex to demonstrate. I might be wrong though just because I haven't found the optimal approach yet.
