Working out and self-defence

Thanks to Richard for the motivation and inspiration to workout and self-defence.

As a woman (although this applies to men equally) I found this video a refreshing point of view into self-defence. They all agree it greatly improves your confidence and the way you see life. I love these new startups all around the world with fresh ideas.
