Today I downloaded the new Emotional Literacy Course. I have been working my way through the first bit today. I really like it. Its helping me examine things inside myself.
I'm curious; Would any of you like to share your emotions/experience and notes as we go through this course?
So far, I have been surprised how difficult it is to define what I feel now and what I long to feel, that is different from what I feel now. So interesting...
Anyhow, I was thinking it would be great to share my notes and see how others are responding to this course. What do you all think?
