    Richard, please make a video for those who partner with those of us who have cptsd bc of maternal NPD abuse-- my partner is ADHD and we find lots of information on how I can support him, but nothing on how he can support me and the triggers, oh the triggers from his adhd affraid .

    If anyone reading this can point me to any videos or podcasts in regards to this subject, I appreciate it!
