fear of happiness

Hi Richard,
I recently did your Emotional Literary course and came to recognize I have a fear of happiness. I also learned I'm counterdependent but, with a huge dollop of codependency.
Q: Can happiness be a trigger?

Hi popsy, for me happiness itself is definitely a trigger when I notice it. A lot of fears come up for me when I realize I'm feeling happy. I'm working on trying to get used to it!! as I get there more often.
