    Hello Richard! I have some background in coaching and I would like to be trained in your methods. I have CPTSD myself and really I have looked for answers everywhere. I love how you are breaking new ground and are trying to find more answers and tools. Is it possible to become a Spartanlifecoach or can you make this happen? Or by the way can I help in anyway to make this happen. I have some time that I would gladly donate if I can do something.
