the favourite 2 books of the narc I was with were "the power of now" and "the power of habit".
aren't those for "normal" people?
he was also into wayne dyer and a bunch of other motivational speakers.
his absolute hero was Tony Robbins (who, I think is a narcissist himself?)
why would he keep reading those books and listening to speakers - as a facade pretending he is conscientious, trying to cure himself, learning how to con people better?
would love your perspective on this
