Counter-dependent and Co-dependent

Hi Richard,

I'm just wondering if it's possible for a recovering counter-dependent and a recovering co-dependent who both come from narc dads and borderline moms to have a healthy friendship and/or relationship? Or is it just too opposite and we'll trigger the heck out of each other all the time?
