emotional - Emotional literacy course Empty Emotional literacy course

    Hello,

Has anyone completed this course? I bought it but after watching the videos I'm still struggling to understand the first exercise. I don't understand quite well how the wheel of emotions work, so I can't make any progress.

It says starts from "primary" to "secondary" but I'm still stuck trying to understand what is all about.

    Thanks.

Have you watched & listened to everything? Including the Q&A's?

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.

I missed the part of the video that says about starting in the middle of the wheel and then move outwards. I was a bit confused about having different colour wheels, and the different ways that emotions are presented on each one.

As Richard says I have to pick up the one you find most useful. I kept wondering why they were so different, and if it was alright to use one more than other. This seems not important.

    Thanks.

It's a matter of starting with the emotion that you recognize and getting more & more specific. Does that make sense?
