Dear smart minds:
I've recently come to the conclusion that I have some kind of addiction to chaos or change.
I've googled a bit about it https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/in-excess/201603/are-you-addicted-chaos
Not sure if our dear Richard has mentioned this subject specifically.
I noticed that while most people tend to stay in the same place, keep the same friends, leave the furniture in the same place, ... I cannot cope with the idea of having the same friends, leaving the furniture in the same place every day, etc
This causes me a certain degree of anxiety and makes look like a crazy person (from others and from myself).
As narcissists boost chaos l suspect this is a side effect post relationship.
When I think back in time, I can't remember myself with this impulse. This makes me angry, as this is yet another damage discovery after the time I spent with him ....
Any experience on this?
